Delivery
Clairy Fairys Cakes offers free delivery within St.Ives, Cambridgeshire for orders over £10.00.
Thereafter a charge of £1 per mile is applicable.
Alternatively you are welcome to come and collect your order.
Please order at least 2 weeks in advance, although if you need a cake sooner please ask and we will try our best for you.
Some of Clairy Fairys Cookies & Cakes (& Tarts!) contain eggs and milk.
All are made in a kitchen where other allergens are present (including nuts, peanuts, cereals, fish, celery, mustard, sesame seeds)

1 Deposits
A deposit is required for all cake orders (and is non-refundable).
2 Payments
Payment may be made by :-
* Cash
* Personal cheque, supported by and to the value of a valid cheque guarantee card
* Paypal - after confirmation of order a paypal invoice can be sent for the deposit or whole payment to be paid by card through paypal

3 Alterations to orders
Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge. Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
4 Cancellation of orders
In the event of cancellation, work already completed is chargeable.
